What happens in a typical session?

Each session is a collaborative space where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll move at your pace, exploring your experiences and feelings together.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Can I have sessions online or by phone?

Absolutely. I offer sessions in-person, online, or by phonehatever feels most comfortable and accessible for you. We’ll work together to find the format that best supports your needs.

Is everything I share confidential?
