It’s completely normal to feel unsure about starting therapy. The first session is a chance for us to meet and for you to talk about what’s going on for you — in whatever way feels right.
There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll gently explore what’s brought you here and see if working together feels like a good fit. If it does, we can begin with a six-session agreement and check in along the way to make sure it continues to feel supportive and relevant for you.
If you have any questions before booking, you're very welcome to get in touch.
“Working with has been life-changing. I felt truly listened to and supported every step of the way. Their gentle, down-to-earth approach helped me open up about things I’d never shared before. I’ve learned to understand my feelings, set boundaries, and feel more at ease with myself. I’m so grateful for the space to heal and grow.”
I've worked with a number of clients across different fields. Currently the in-house counsellor at British Airways, online with BetterHelp, Headstrong Counselling Services and at Number 22, Maidenhead Counselling Services.
